In the post-epidemic era, sustainable development has become an important issue of global concern. How textiles and fashion can sustainably reshape human life and living environment is becoming one of the important directions for the development of the textile industry. At the same time, many industries are gradually shifting towards green in the fields of production, circulation, consumption, and investment. Green development is becoming an important factor in building the sustainable competitiveness of industrial development and enhancing the right to speak in the industry. As important leaders in the textile industry, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles collaborates with Donghua University to promote sustainable development in the textile industry. Based on the seminar, we hope more companies, brands, designers, research institutions, colleges and universities, media and consumers, could seize new opportunities and explore new areas which could enhance the cooperation and exchange between China and Central and Eastern European countries in textile and fashion fields, and jointly facilitate the sustainable development of the textile industry.
